Who is a Journey for Teams Navigator?
A navigator is a veterinary workplace advocate and facilitator who guides teams through the Journey for Teams 1.0 series. Navigators support meaningful discussion and help teams identify at least one practical action after each module—small behavioral shifts that strengthen belonging, engagement, and day-to-day teamwork.

A Welcoming Community for All
The Journey for Teams navigator community welcomes everyone, regardless of skin color, sexual orientation, gender identity, abilities, how your brain is wired, or your position in the workplace. People from clinical practices and veterinary workplaces of all types are encouraged to join.
