The Journey for Teams 1.0 series introduces key concepts and is designed for the realities of veterinary workplaces. The 1.0 modules offer navigators an ideal starting point, creating space for meaningful dialogue and setting the foundation for stronger team connection.

Who is a Journey for Teams Navigator?

A navigator is a veterinary workplace advocate and facilitator who guides teams through the Journey for Teams 1.0 series. Navigators support meaningful discussion and help teams identify at least one practical action after each module—small behavioral shifts that strengthen belonging, engagement, and day-to-day teamwork.
